✅ Caffeine & Alcohol: These two are major culprits. They spike adrenaline and mess with your hormonal balance, making you sweat more than you need to.
✅ Sugary & Processed Foods: These cause insulin spikes, signaling your body to sweat more as it works to rebalance itself.
