Essential course info (because if a few people ask I’ve obviously not made it very clear):
Post Natal Pilates starts this Wednesday 4th March.
It’s a 4-week course (usually 5 but it’s a short half term)
Babies can come too but not essential. This is a class for you.
£60 includes weekly classes, access to online course and additional Pilates classes, join my other classes during the course.
And of course access to me! Ask me anything.
It’s not a basic Pilates course! This is programmed for who I have in my class. I teach in layers so I can build slowly or add challenges where you need it!
Most people don’t need more. They need less but to really build that confidence again.
Ask me anything!
Currently I waiting out my daughter’s London dance rehearsals so have an hour to kill!

Motherhood will break your heart open - in the most beautiful way. 🤍
No one tells you that when you have a baby, you fall in love all over again.
Not just with them - but with a version of yourself you didn’t know existed.
Motherhood stretches you. Exhausts you. Overwhelms you. 
And somehow expands your capacity for love in ways you couldn’t imagine. It’s utterly beautiful and life affirming.
Today feels like the perfect reminder to love more.
Love deeply.
Love without holding back.
Sending so much love to you - wherever you are and whatever this day holds.

I’m loving the 2016 throwbacks - even though this account didn’t exist back then, Pilates in Epping and Post Natal Pilates very much did.

Looking through my photos, it’s mostly my babies being little (2 and 5), and I remember so clearly how intense life felt in that season.

Busy, emotional, exhausting, wonderful, overwhelming… all at once.

Now, with a little distance, it’s so beautiful to see just how many precious memories we made. And typically, it isn’t the big moments - it’s the simple ones. Walks. Games at home. Laughing. Getting through things together.

So if you’re in the intense bit of parenting right now - I promise, it does get easier. And one day you’ll look back and realise what a beautiful, fleeting season it really was.
