Book your space on my next baby massage course, running Thursday 12th October - 16th Nov, 11am - 12noon. It's a lovely and relaxing 5-week course (no class on Thurs 26th Oct) for you and your baby, with time to chat and have refreshments afterwards.

Located in the Ambition School of Dance studio in Epsom Square, there's parking and space for buggies, and is very central to Epsom Town.

✨🌈Today is National Rainbow Baby Day 🌈✨

A rainbow baby is a baby born following the loss of a previous baby or child, miscarriage, stillbirth, ectopic pregnancy or termination for medical reasons. For many a rainbow symbolises hope and light after a dark stormy time.

Today is a day to appreciate our rainbow babies and their much-loved siblings that came before them⭐️.

This is a meaningful occasion for many. However, it is important to recognise that not everyone may want to celebrate this day. Each person’s journey of grief and healing is unique.

Whether you are celebrating today or not we are here for you 🫶🏻🌈💕

Bumps and Babies is on this Friday! Rachael, our Breastfeeding counsellor will be there if you have any feeding queries or need support.

Please come along, the group runs from 9.30 - 11.30am, at St Martins Scout Hall, Church Road, Epsom KT17 4AB (to the rear of St John Chandler Hall).

£2 suggested donation to cover cost of the hall, and lots of refreshments on offer. Everyone is welcome, you don't need to be an NCT member.

🩺🩹Our Bumps & Babies group is hosting a Baby First Aid talk and demonstration (by a mummy paediatrician) at our regular Friday meeting this week.

The Teddy Bears Picnic is almost here! Come along on Sunday, 11th June, between 11am and 4pm to the Dog-free area of Nonsuch Park, use the Ewell Road entrance.

It's a fabulous day out for kids and adults alike. And come and see us at our NCT stall, you can see what we do and maybe sign up to get involved!
