Can you find a minute for yourself? 🤔Just 1 minute? 😊

If so, try this very simple 1 minute breathing exercise that will help you to stay more focused and less anxious.

Inhale and count till 5️⃣, hold for 5️⃣, exhale for 5️⃣. That’s it!
15 seconds only! Well done! 🙌

If you can’t inhale till 5️⃣, do the same on a count of 3️⃣ 😊, breathe in 1-2-3, hold 1-2-3, breathe out 1-2-3.

You can increase your inhales and exhales. I’ve increased mine and now I do mine 🔟-🔟-🔟. My goal is to reach 20 ☺️ and have a whole minute for myself! 😉🥰

Try it now! One minute a day! And you’ll start seeing benefits very soon! 🤗
