And as the dark days begin to wane, your inner wild fortifies and evolves, bolstered and renewed, cocoon-style.

Ready for the new beginnings, ready for the reinvent.
Ready.
Simply ready.

So, let yourself be led down the rabbit hole, when the weariness washes over and your body begs to rest.

Sunday’s thought of the day…there is more good in our lives than we care to admit sometimes. The bad are few and far between but they pack a punch and leave us hyper aware of those thoughts, that feeling and we can forget to just stop, take a breath & a good look around, to allow our eyes to settle on the good, the positive , the grounded energy that keeps us focused and moving forward, puts that smile on our faces…the extraordinary in the ordinary. Remember a bad day, is just a bad day…YOU in your entirety, are the good stuff that lights up the world around you 💗 ☀️
