Partners in Care - East Sussex and Brighton & Hove

Partners in Care - East Sussex and Brighton & Hove ESPiC and BHPiC are the Care Associations for East Sussex & Brighton & Hove.

Brighton & Hove and East Sussex Partners in Care (formerly known as the RCA) has been representing care homeowners, providers, and managers for a number of years, and more recently, wider social care providers. We shine a light on the key issues our members experience and work with the health and care system to achieve the very best outcomes for the people and families our members support every day. The structure of the association consists of an executive committee led by a chairperson, vice chairperson, and treasurer. Working alongside them are elected volunteer members, consisting of current providers and former care providers, who collectively work together to make decisions, plan meetings and events and much more, all for the greater good of the local care communities.

Join specialist Social Care solicitors Lester Aldridge for a focused and practical update on the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 and what it means for health and social care providers.

The Act came into effect in July 2025, with a staged implementation running through to summer 2026. Despite its significance, it has received little attention within the care sector — until now.

This essential webinar will explain how the changes will affect your data obligations in practice and what you should do to prepare.

With Just Under 48 Hours to Go: Excitement Builds for the 2025 East Sussex Care Awards

Date: Thursday 13th November from 6.30 pm at East Sussex National Hotel, Nr Uckfield

With just over 48 hours to go, excitement is mounting across East Sussex as we count down to the 2025 East Sussex Care Awards — a heartfelt celebration of compassion, dedication, and excellence in care.

This year’s awards promise to shine a light on the extraordinary individuals and teams who make a difference every single day — from frontline carers and support workers to managers, volunteers, and innovators who go the extra mile to deliver outstanding care and support across our communities.

The East Sussex Care Awards are not just about recognition — they’re about gratitude. They remind us of the countless acts of kindness, professionalism, and resilience that define our local care sector and enrich the lives of those we serve.

As we come together to celebrate, we look forward to sharing inspiring stories, applauding remarkable achievements, and highlighting the spirit of care that makes East Sussex such a special place to live and work. ‘Every nomination told a story of care at its very best’

The countdown is on — in just over 48 hours, we’ll be raising a toast to the people who truly make care matter.

⭐Meet our new Sponsor!⭐

East Sussex Partners in Care is delighted to welcome Care & Camera as a new sponsor.
Founded by Max Lord, Care & Camera is a specialist video production company dedicated to showcasing the very best of the UK care sector.

After seven years working in video production across various industries, Max’s first experience filming in a care home left a lasting impression. He saw first-hand the warmth, compassion, and humanity that define great care — and recognised how rarely that was reflected in traditional marketing.

Care & Camera was created to change that. Max’s mission is to help care providers capture the real heart of their service — the emotion, culture, and character that make each home unique.

Through authentic, high-quality video storytelling, Care & Camera helps care organisations communicate their values and create a powerful first impression that truly connects with families, residents, and future team members.

Because care isn’t just what you do — it’s who you are.
