💪 WHY YOU FEEL SORE AFTER CLASS (AND WHY THAT’S A GOOD THING!)
That post-workout ache after our Body Conditioning with Bands or weights
It’s not a bad sign — it’s your body getting stronger. 💥
When you train, your muscles experience tiny tears (totally normal!).
During rest and recovery, your body repairs and rebuilds those fibres —
making you stronger, leaner, and more resilient every time.
You might feel sore for 24–48 hours after class — that’s your body adapting!
The best thing you can do? 👉 Stay consistent.
The more regularly you move, the quicker your recovery and the better your results.
