Here are some tiny self care ideas that are easy to fit into a busy life. Making time to ground yourself, recharge your batteries and disconnect from everything will help you manage stress better and give you more energy.
🌻 For the mind
Do one thing today, just because it makes you happy.
Switch off every device for an hour, free yourself from social media, messages and emails.
🌻For the body
Inhale an upbeat smell, peppermint is good or my favourite is sun cream.
Make one small change to your diet for the week, such as have one extra glass of water each day.
🌻For the soul
Treat yourself to a home spa, take a long bath, sit around reading magazines in your dressing gown.
Go on a beauty hunt - find 5 unexpected beautiful things on a regular journey such as on the way to work, school run, to the shops.
🌻 You can also give yourself 2 minutes to watch the waves I filmed for you. if you want to, you can focus on your breathing while watching the waves, taking a deep breath in through your nose and a longer breath out through your mouth, this will send calming signals through your body.
