Park Yoga is back! 🀩

🌳 We're thrilled to welcome back Park Yoga Exeter - Cowick Barton this season.

πŸ“… Sessions are an hour and start at 9.30am on 3rd May and run every Sunday morning for 20 weeks.

πŸ’š If you have not experienced Park Yoga, it is a great way to try yoga for the first time. You don’t have to take part in the whole session, many people take moments of rest and enjoy the fresh air while watching the clouds go by.

πŸ’š There's no need to book.

πŸ’š Bring a yoga mat if you have one, but if you don’t, a towel or blanket is perfect.

A couple of weeks ago we made use of the beautiful weather and went on trial walk for our upcoming 'Exwick Roots & Shoots food heritage walk' (Tue 28th April). Expect a scenic route with lots of fascinating stories about Exwick's food heritage along the way. All spaces on this walk have booked out very quickly, but we are pleased to offer an extra 5 spaces due to the amazing support of Westbank's walk leaders who will take care of leading us along the route safely.

Book your ticket through Eventbrite here - Tickets will be available from tomorrow morning (Wed 15th):
https://www.eventbrite.com/e/1984611502428

For anyone unable to join us this time or if you have missed out on a ticket, we will be organising further guided walks and are intending to create a series of local history walks across St.Thomas, Alphington and Exwick.

This walk is a collaborative project between Wellbeing Exeter, Zero Mile Gardens, Exwick History Society and Health Walks at Westbank.
