When you hold yourself back from being yourself fully, that is where stress and anxiety occur. When you are naturally being who you are you will be in a state of flow, where nothing holds you back or feels off. It's not hard or difficult to be yourself, it's difficult to be what you are not, or what you think other people want and expect you to be.

Although I am not religious, but spiritual, the first time I heard this from a well known spiritual teacher I was training with, I rolled my eyes. 🙄 But it's all a matter of perspective. You don't need to be religious or spiritual to have a f*ck it moment, and just surrender to the way it is, and let things go, without trying to control an uncontrollable situation.

Sometimes you are better off saying F*CK IT and having faith/trust in what will be will be. Trying to hold on, or control something often is more of a pain than it's worth. Surrender to what is. 😇 Letting go is sometimes the only way to move on.

Talking ourselves into doing things we don't really want to do eats up a lot of energy, and can cause anxiety in the process. Make life better for yourself by saying "Hell YES!, or "Hell NO!"

If you hesitate on making a decision, it's probably a NO. 🚫
