💛 A little evening update from my office… 💛

I’m back in the office tonight surrounded by orders, packing away and getting everything ready for tomorrow’s post run 📦

I’ll be honest… this week has been an emotional rollercoaster behind the scenes. ❤️ I’m so pleased it’s the weekend.

There’s been a lot of waiting, worrying and wondering what I was going to do if my supplier discounts weren’t renewed — because the reality was I may have had to increase prices or even stop stocking some of the products so many families rely on.

Yesterday I finally heard back… and thankfully they extended my discount on the order I placed 🙏 I can’t even explain the relief I felt in that moment. Running a small business isn’t always easy, and there are so many things you don’t see happening quietly in the background just to keep things going.

The good news is I don’t have to increase prices on the stock currently on my website 🎉 and that honestly means everything to me because I know how important affordable resources are for families. Prices start at 50p

I’m still waiting to hear back from my suppliers if they’ve reinstated my discount next month and I won’t lie — I’m really hoping for good news 🤞

Today is renewal day for my contract with my suppliers, and honestly I’m feeling a little nervous 🤞

I’m really hoping they agree to renew my discount because keeping my prices affordable for families has always been so important to me. If they don’t, I may have no choice but to increase some prices or sadly discontinue a few items which I really don’t want to do💔

My afternoon was happily interrupted today when my granddaughter arrived wearing the jumper I crocheted for her 🐝💛
Honestly, there’s nothing more special than seeing something made with love being worn with such a big smile.
