Running for a good time, not a fast time
with Hannah Bown, accredited running coach and owner of Always moving.
Women only trail running. Mud expected.
Good times guaranteed.
Join us for a weekly relaxed, social trail run through the surrounding countryside and forest - fresh air, trails, laughter and muddy trainers.
š What to expect:
⢠Trail running on mixed terrain.
⢠Mud, steep hills and uneven ground.
⢠A friendly, welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
š What youāll need:
⢠Trail trainers with good grip (mandatory).
⢠A drink.
⢠Appropriate clothing for all weather - layers recommended.
⢠A spare pair of clean trainers if we return to the gym for a cool-down.
A basic level of fitness is required - this group is for runners rather than hikers (new runners welcome).

⢠Included within our Core Classes and Gym Membership.
