Here you go….for those of you asking about my new Strength & Movement Program for women in midlife…..I’m excited to share this………
⭐️ Training for Midlife Women
Led by Amy Blyth ⭐️
This six-week strength and movement group is for women in midlife who want to feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies again - now, and for decades ahead.
This isn’t about chasing a past version of yourself or pushing through pain.
It’s about building functional strength and healthy movement patterns that support real life: lifting, bending, balancing, walking, dancing, and moving with ease. The kind of strength that helps you feel steady, resilient, and confident through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
💚 It’s about creating the best version of you - strong, energised, empowered and grounded. 💚
We move away from “no pain, no gain”, pressure to perform, comparison and judgement. You’ll be guided in a small, supportive group (just six women) where you’ll develop strength that helps you feel steady, resilient, and confident through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
As we move through our 40s, 50s and 60s, the why behind exercise changes. It’s no longer just about how we look or how fast we go - it’s about the life we want to live.
Keeping our hearts healthy, our bones strong, our mental wellbeing resilient and our energy high, so we can stay independent and live fully for years to come.
So what do we really need in this season of life?
⭐️ Movement - freedom, flow, heart health.
⭐️ Joy - play, laughter, lightness, connection.
⭐️ Strength - bone health, balance, power.
⭐️ Optional cardio bursts to gently lift the heart rate.
⭐️ Followed by stillness to rest, reset, and ground.
Just one hour to strengthen your body, lift your mood, and invite your joy.
