3 weeks in the RAF and Mrs is already senior to 50 lads 😆💪🏽

All that “training” with me and Rocky for 4 years clearly paid off 😂🐾

400-mile round trip just to catch up for a few hours totally worth it 🙏
Short-term sacrifice for a lifetime of fulfilment ❤️

Me? I’ll be alright anywhere in the world 🌍 as long as it’s with her.
All I’ve ever wanted was to see her truly lit up and now she’s grabbed her chance by the horns 💫

(Im shoving this theme down throats all week)

Most people start their fitness journey with one goal:
👉 “I just want to look a certain way.”

But here’s the truth ⬇️

If you only chase superficial results, you’ll miss the real benefits of fitness and health...
feeling strong, confident, moving freely, and living with energy.

To truly feel well, you need to balance 3 pillars:

1️⃣ Mobility, to move without pain, stay flexible, and prevent injuries.
2️⃣ Cardiovascular Training – build endurance, support heart health, and boost energy.
3️⃣ Strength Training increase power, confidence, and longevity/robustness.

💡 Looking good is a byproduct.

✨ Feeling good comes from balance.

Your first run will be hard.

Your first lift wont be big & chances are will leave you pretty sore the next day.

If your tight AF, your first stretch might feel rough (and that’s okay). Stick with it, and you’ll notice not just how you look—but how much better you live.

Plus, the best type of training to loose body fat....

Is to train yourself to eat better and move more.

Move with purpose, and keep the training and diet balanced 👌🏼
