2️⃣ Cardiovascular Training – build endurance, support heart health, and boost energy.
3️⃣ Strength Training increase power, confidence, and longevity/robustness.
💡 Looking good is a byproduct.
✨ Feeling good comes from balance.
Your first run will be hard.
Your first lift wont be big & chances are will leave you pretty sore the next day.
