Spending time in the sun, exercising, or even a mild illness can all lead to dehydration β and often, the signs are easy to miss.
Look out for these common symptoms:

Feeling thirsty

Dark yellow or strong-smelling urine

Feeling lightheaded, tired or confused
β
Dry mouth, lips or tongue
How to stay hydrated:
βͺοΈ Drink 6β8 glasses of water a day
βͺοΈ Snack on water-rich foods like cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce, watermelon & strawberries
βͺοΈ Carry a refillable water bottle wherever you go
While dehydration can affect anyone, extra care should be taken with:
