If you’re over 40, you should get your blood pressure tested at least every five years. You can do this yourself if you have a monitor at home, or as part of an NHS health check, at some workplaces, at a pharmacy or your GP practice.

💉 Protecting our future health starts early.

The HPV vaccine helps guard against several types of cancer, including cervical cancer as well as cancers of the mouth, throat, and ge****ls.

That’s why it’s offered to both boys and girls in school, helping protect them later in life.

While the vaccine protects against many HPV types, it doesn’t cover them all, so attending cervical screening when invited remains essential.
