We had a lovely first meet up this morning, to ask questions and just to reconnect and see how people are doing.

Only 3 weeks until we run our next nutrition seminar, as we have had a lot of interest in this one, could I ask you to start paying for your spaces so I can sort out numbers. Thanks.

I’m thinking of starting up a monthly group session where we can all meet up, have a chat about anything that you want to know about, optional weigh-in and adjustment of maintenance calories and just generally discuss between the group any tips and tricks or new meals that you are eating.
Please let me know if it’s something you would be interested in.

It was great to see you all yesterday for the seminar, it’s good to know you all learnt something you can take away and use.
