This lovely space awaits.......

I shall be moving my 11 am Monday session to the Healing Centre from Monday 5th January 2026.

We will be doing the adapted Shibashi Set. This is a very gentle and meditative form of Qigong.

Ideal for anyone with limited mobility or anyone looking to calm their mind and switch off for an hour.

The easy to follow moves are simple to learn and set to lovely relaxing music.

Sessions are £10 and last an hour.
