I've been through periods of stress and uncertainty, these practices helped me to heal and grow into a healthier happier person. I want to share this with others. It doesn't take a special person to tap into energy healing, it is accesible to us all. What I can share is years of effort and practice put into these skills to share with others. The Reiki principles are something I return to daily, meaning integrity is at the forefront of my business. I have previously worked in Health and Social Care and qualified at Honours level. I have qualifications in First Aid, Psychology, Social Sciences and Law.

This is an anti – hair loss & hair growth oil: promoting growth and strengthening hair fibres. Nourishing and softening the scalp, to help promote hair growth. 2025 was a year of growth for us all no doubt! Certainly one of the most challenging years of mines but that also shed so much light on what really matters and on true blessings. Last November I was inspired by visiting Agadir in Morocco. This was an incredible and wholesome experience! I was pleasantly surprised by the affordabiltiy too! 🇲🇦

Whilst traveling it's easy to leave inspired by the communities we meet along the way. I took a step back from Boho Becca as outside of this I also work in hospitality and in health care, Christmas was a busy time. However I was thinking of what I could bring home and I choose to buy hair growth argan oil straight from the original source. I now offer this as a product to use with head massages. A separate post will be made with more information surrounding this, how it is made and the beautiful people who share this unique plant with our world. 🌎🇲🇦 Shukran جزيلاً Morocco

I haven't posted in a while, eclipse season brought incredible changes into my life as I'm sure it has with alot of you! I'm feeling more settled, new job, new home town and changes in my soul tribe. Some connections faded but cherished in memories and lessons, some re connecting and some new! Grateful for them all and I'm so grateful to those who have supported my Boho Becca business over 2025.

No one is perfect and I don't pretend to be, but I notice when I have this lifestyle going for a while everything improves. My health, finances, connections, inner peace! I currently don't have a bath, so I swim in lochs/lakes & the sea 🫶 I will have a drink when at a festival or to celebrate, but generally this only happens on handful of occasions throughout the year. I wish the best for us all, so I thought to share this. I don't agree with the word 'toxic' people as this isn't the way to label others, but creating distance from connections which cause harm is healthy. Toxic behaviours usually mean that these are the people who need the most love, but that should never be at the expense of our own selves. ☯️🧿
