The I to help improve your present moment.

I can notice and breath in an out focusing on my forehead.

I can soften my gaze and go deep inside.

I can close my eyes and notice my breath.

I can notice colours & patterns behind my eyelids.

I can rest the tongue in my mouth.

I can lift the corners of my mouth up and smile at myself.

I can release tension from my throat and neck.

I can rotate, relax & soften my shoulders.

I can soften my arms, elbows, wrists hands and wriggle my fingers.

I soften my shoulder blades, the spine and the muscles and nerves other side.

I can notice my breath going into my lungs & chest.

I can soften my stomach & my diaphragm.

I can soften my tailbone, hips & sacrum pelvis.

I release tension from my legs, knees, calves shins, ankles and my feet, now wriggle your toes.

Now you’re here enjoy this wonderful moment in this safe space within you. Noticing the light and connections in every cell in your body. Pause rest here for as long as you feel comfortable. Enjoy 🙏🩵

ZenMINDpod invites you to take just 5 minutes out of your day to read and then practice this simple technique and share with someone you know. You won’t regret it.

So here is my Finger & Thumb Tracing Hand breathing exercise guide. ✨🙏✨

Is simple and effective and quickly helps settle and ground you. By slowly tracing your fingers and thumb with your opposite hand. Eyes closed or by focusing the gaze down. 🙏

How to do it:
Hold one hand open, with the palm toward you.
Connect the index finger of your other hand to the base of hand underneath the little finger of the hand that is facing you.
Move your index finger up the base of the hand towards and up towards the little finger as slowly as you can and in sequence with your breath. Breathing in as deeply and as comfortably as you want.
When you get to the top of your little finger,slowly breathe out as you move your finger down the other side.
Once you reach the base of the hand underneath your thumb.
Continue back the other way but this time hold the breath for the count of 4 as you reach the top of each digit. Before releasing the breath down the other side of the finger or thumb.

When he hold our breath for longer, we allow more oxygen into our blood stream, in turn relaxing the nervous system and enhancing a great sense of balance and overall wellbeing. Enjoy

ZenMINDpod invites you to enhance your breath.

Why ?

There are many breathing exercises meditations and techniques you can practice to help you feel relax and develop confident breathe. Deep essential breathing is an ancient practice that we’ve sadly lost overtime.

Breathing well and better is vital and once reinstated will help enhance your health and wellbeing. Improving your mood increasing your energy levels and will boost your immune system. Developing your breath really will make a huge difference to your body and your overall sense of self.

The 4-7-8 breathing technique, helps to reduce stress, anxiety, frustration. Offers balance is settling and soothing. It involves breathing in, inhaling for the count of 4, holding the breath for 7, and then exhaling for the count of 8.

Once you’ve comfortably established this exercise you could move onto another breathing exercise.

The 4-6-8 breathing technique, has an 8-second exhale, but a 6-second hold and a 4-second inhale. Both techniques are used to reduce tension and promote relaxation calm and overall healing . Enjoy
