Reiki and the Power of Deep Relaxation

I had a lovely session recently with a friend and customer who came for Reiki. Afterwards, she told me her HRV (Heart Rate Variability) was over 100 — the highest it’s ever been!

For those who don’t know, HRV is a measure of how well your body adapts to stress and recovers. A higher HRV usually means your nervous system is calm, balanced, and resilient — exactly what Reiki helps to support.

Reiki is known to:

💖 Encourage the body’s natural healing response
