Breathwork in Nature: A Day Retreat of Inner and Outer Immersion
Join us for a soulfully curated day retreat on the beautiful Trefusis Estate, where ancient woodland meets expansive sky, close by the Cornish shores. Held outdoors beneath a stretch tent within walking distance from the beach, this intimate gathering invites you to breathe deeply, make connections within and without and return to presence in your natural rhythms.
Hosted by the Cornwall Breath Collective — a new collaboration between The Well Within and Wild Breath, we invite you to join us for the day. We’ll journey through two breath sessions — one energising and expansive, the other softening and receptive; both bringing us into deeper intimacy with life and the nature within and around us. These will be complemented by guided visualisations, creative explorations, and time to simply be with the land and each other.
We’ll begin with an opening circle, breathing and moving together before sharing a nourishing bring-and-share lunch. There will be time for an optional mindful walk down to the beach and a dip in the sea before returning to the land where we’ll deepen into quieter reflective practices and integration time. We’ll close in circle — grounded, open, and reconnected.
A day to return — to breath, to presence, to the wild within.

Thank you everyone who came to for our monthly therapeutic breathwork circle, it feels like something is really building here, many new and some coming regularly to build on the experience of conscious breath in our lives.

I see the transformations gently emerging in people who work with this breath, and I am deeply grateful to be witness to this profound experience for so many people.

It was extra special to have my dear cousins Emma and Lucy down and for Emma to produce the most beautiful altar as a centre piece and powerful focus of intention for the breathe.
