Whaaaaa I'm restarting my Level 3 Massage Course in September.
I had to pull out last year after just 6 weeks due damaging my knee at work.
Watch this space in the Autumn for Student rate Swedish massage for £15 for 30 mins.

Just a little update as I haven't done a post for months. Lots of health issues finally getting diagnosed. I'm back at my pre covid Customer Service job p/t for the regular income. I miss doing nails and seeing my regular customers. Hopefully by Spring I will have decided my path...

Thanks to Hubby. I've managed to move into my bigger cabin, and still have room for girlie evenings for up to 6 chairs 🍾. Hoping to be able to restart a few nail appointments from this week (knee allowing).

Right I've pulled my big girl pants up. I'm doing my Physio every day. I will be back in my Nail cabin from next week but reduced availability so that I'm not sat too long and up and down from my chair too much...At least I can try...everything else that is out of my control will have to sod off.

Hands up who like me who pushes things to the back of our mind.
It's only took another injury to put me back in brain defense mode, and triggered my Depression.
Luckily I referred myself to ITalk...and I am waiting for CBT (Therapy with Councilling)
Depression shouldn't be ashamed.
We all have triggers...
