✨ Are you using the right NHS service? ✨

Knowing where to go when you're unwell can save you time and help the NHS care for those who need it most.

🩹 Self-Care – Minor cuts, grazes, sprains, colds, diarrhoea or vomiting? Check your medicine cabinet or visit NHS Choices.
💊 Pharmacy – Unsure which medication you need? Your local pharmacist can offer expert advice to help you feel better faster.
📞 NHS 111 (24/7) – Not an emergency but need urgent guidance? Call 111 anytime for medical advice.
👩‍⚕️ GP Advice – Persistent symptoms, chronic pain, or long-term conditions like asthma or diabetes? Your GP is here to help.
🏥 Walk-In Centre – Minor injuries or illnesses when you can’t see your GP.
🚨 A&E / 999 – For emergencies only: severe bleeding, chest pain, choking, breathing difficulties, or stroke symptoms.

Let’s all use the right service and keep our NHS running smoothly. 💙

🎄 Driving home for Christmas?

Don’t take the Flu with you. Keep yourself and your loved ones well this festive season.

If you’re eligible, make sure to get your Flu vaccine:

✅ From us in our clinics
✅ From a pharmacy or walk-in clinic

Last year, Flu vaccination prevented an estimated 96,000–120,200 hospital admissions - a simple jab can make a big difference.

💉 Protect yourself and others this winter - book your Flu jab now.

Please visit Anima to request an appointment for a vaccine.

All eligible patients should have been contacted via text, NHS App, email, or letter.

Important travel information for patients - M27 closure between Junctions 9–11 over the Christmas period

We want to make you aware of a major planned closure of the M27 that may affect travel to and from our services over the Christmas holidays.

What’s happening?
The M27 will be fully closed in both directions between Junctions 9 and 11 while engineers install a new four-lane underpass at Junction 10. This complex work has been scheduled during a quieter time of year but will still cause significant disruption in the local area.

Closure details
When: 8pm on Wednesday 24 December 2025 to 4am on Sunday 4 January 2026
Where: Full closure of the M27 between J9 and J11 (both directions)
Why: Installation of a new underpass using a “box slide” method to reduce the need for long-term lane restrictions
Diversion Route: A signed diversion will be in place via the A27
Access: Limited access at J9 (eastbound) and J11 (westbound). Please check official travel guidance for full details.

How this may affect you
Even though the work is planned for a lower-traffic period, there will likely be heavy congestion and delays around the local area. This may affect travel times for appointments and community services.

What you can do
Please allow extra time for your journey, plan alternative routes where possible and
contact us if you are concerned about getting to your appointment.

For the latest travel updates and detailed information, please see the Hampshire County Council M27 J10 scheme website or National Highways updates.
