MenB Vaccination Update ⚠️

Following the latest NHS guidance (19 March), MenB vaccines are being offered to those identified as at risk during the recent outbreak.

This includes:
• Students at University of Kent (Canterbury campus)
• Close contacts advised to take antibiotics
• Anyone who attended Club Chemistry (5–16 March)

If this applies to you, please come forward for your vaccine.

If you’re a university student elsewhere or are/have a child aged 2–25, there is currently no wider rollout. Please check your NHS App to make sure you’ve had your MenACWY vaccine.
If you think you or your child may be missing any vaccines, please get in touch with us via Anima.

⚠️ Guidance can change rapidly, so keep updated here or via UKHSA.

Childhood vaccinations protect against serious illnesses like measles, whooping cough and meningitis. They’re free on the NHS and the best way to keep your child safe.

If you’ve missed any, it’s not too late to catch up.

NHS campaign raising awareness about different specialist ends
