Meon Health Practice provides NHS primary care services through our three surgeries at The Highlands, Jubilee Surgery (Titchfield) and Whiteley Surgery in Hampshire. We have a wide range of clinical staff here to help you including GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Paramedics, Pharmacists and Musculoskeletal (MSK) Practitioners, Physicians Associates, Social Prescribers and Health & Wellb

📢 Update for patients with Type 2 Diabetes

From May, there will be changes to how annual reviews are carried out at Meon Health Practice.

These updates aim to provide more personalised care, improve monitoring, and support better long-term health outcomes.

Each year the Hampshire & Isle of Wight ICB (Integrated Care Board) allocate our practice 4 annual training dates/days. This is our second one in 2026.

Our Spring COVID Clinics have started today!

We will be at out Whiteley practice today, Highlands on Friday and Jubilee on Saturday this week.

Please be aware that our car parks, waiting rooms and corridors will be busier than usual but we will try to minimise disruption for all patients. Please allow extra time for parking etc. 🙏
