💰 £45,000 – £52,000 + quarterly bonus + leadership development

This is not a traditional practice manager role.

We’re looking for a senior operational leader to help run and grow our award-winning private podiatry clinic. This role acts as the operational partner to the Founder, turning strategy into action and leading our team to deliver exceptional patient care.

The Role

✔ Lead and develop a team of clinicians and administrators
✔ Take ownership of systems, processes, and performance
✔ Drive efficiency, standards, and accountability
✔ Support business growth and strategic delivery
✔ Be a visible, hands-on leader within the clinic

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is

• Highly organised and commercially minded
• Confident leading people and performance
• Calm, logical, and solutions focused
• Passionate about high standards and patient experience

Healthcare experience is helpful but not essential. Strong leadership and operational capability are the priority.
