Using a combination of my skills, my gifts, my experience, and practice of NLP and Hypnotherapy Master Practitioner, Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice, Master Practitioner of Usui Reiki, and Lotus Chakra Instructor.

You can experience feeling calmer, feeling safe in your body, being more present and productive in healthy ways, calming the nervous system, move past blocks, identify what’s keeping you limited and stuck, looking at self-sabotage, and teaching you how to meet your own needs, introducing self-compassion.

The journey begins by exploring and understanding yourself with awareness, creating a more positive, creative, and a more meaningful experience of life!
