Yes, it’s cold. And yes, it’s wet. But I will only be here for one night before I return home; for young people dealing with homelessness, this is their reality every night.

Your donations help Centrepoint provide support in so many ways…

➡️ £5 will allow them to assess a child for future risk of homelessness and provide access to support

➡️ £10 per month over a year will allow them to assess a full class of students around their risk of homelessness

➡️ £20 could support a young person with a food voucher

➡️ £40 could provide young people with a kitchen starter pack, providing them with all the cooking equipment and kitchenware they need when they first go to Centrepoint

➡️ £50 could support a young person with a call from a Helpline, providing vital information and advice for a young person facing homelessness

Tomorrow is the day! I’ve got my camping gear ready, and I am excited to be taking part in Centrepoint’s “London Sleep Out 2026”.

I am not looking forward to the cold wet night predicted in central London, but I’ll be able to go home to a warm home and bed. So it’s all worth it to raise awareness and vital funds to help this charity fight homelessness for young people.

Have you heard? We’re on the cusp of entering the Year of the Fire Horse, a powerful phase which is part of the Chinese Zodiac that only comes once every 60 years. So if you feel like life is speeding up, this could be why!

The year starts on 17th Feb 2026 and will be with us until 5th Feb 2027; astrologically this period is considered the most energetic and volatile of them all. It’s characterised by rapid change and decisive action, but there are challenges too, so be wary of the tide of energy leading you to burnout. Make sure you keep aligned, rooted and balanced with all your regular spiritual practice 😇

I’ve been aware that everything is happening so quickly at the moment that I can't keep up… and then I realized why. The Fire Horse is bringing an energy that’s already having an effect on my day! I'm thrilled though, as it feels like a great boost of energy after a lot of introspection and rethinking during the last year.

It was with a heavy heart that I learnt that Linda Williamson, my friend and mentor of 18 years, went back home to Spirit earlier this month. She meant so much to me, as I know she did to
many of you.

I feel so fortunate to have known her, and the world has benefitted immeasurably from the advice, guidance and acclaimed literature she provided to our community and beyond.

Linda was my spiritual Mum, so it has felt like I lost two Mums in two months. But I know she is still with us in Spirit, and I'm forever grateful for her presence in my life. Thank you Linda for
your time, support and Love, until we meet again 🙏

I’m now officially participating in the London Sleep Out event to support the homeless charity Centrepoint!

On 6th February you will find me camping out at Somerset House in London, as part of this overnight fundraising challenge aimed at raising awareness and vital funds to support young people facing homelessness.

Over 118,000 young people in the UK face homelessness. I feel passionately about trying to help this part of our community.

I have some wonderful news for you… with your donations, this Christmas we helped the Ash Villages Food Parcels Project provide 121 food parcels to people in need in the local community!

This feels like a huge achievement, so I’d like to say a massive Thank You to everyone who donated to this cause. A special shout out goes to everyone in my Monthly Development Circles and my In-Person Meditation sessions for their kindness and generosity this season.
