So you’ve had a re-introduction to me. Here’s one thing you’ve never had… an intro to Phil.

Phil is the engine that keeps CAHM turning. He is our Head of Manufacturing, my other half, candle king - AND - I am so very proud to announce, published author as of Monday 18th of August.

Phil left his role as Sports Journalist at the BBC in November 2023 to embark on a journey with me in CAHM - but it wasn’t all about me. Phil joining CAHM was an opportunity for him to fulfil his own ambitions. Working together has meant the ability to work flexibly, and for the last year and a half, he has grafted to write his first book all whilst still making every single candle and diffuser that’s left our doors.

I am so unbelievably proud of him.

Phil has ghost-written the life story of Dave Worthington - former football scout and younger brother of the famous Frank Worthington.

Next Wednesday the 20th of August is the official launch in Farsley just next to CAHM hq. We will be hearing tales from Dave’s football career, what it’s like to write a book from Phil - both being interviewed by Phil’s younger brother

If sport is your thing it will be a great evening out. Tickets are available from who are kindly hosting the event alongside

If you can’t make it the book ‘Worthy, by Dave Worthington with Philip Dawkes’ is available to order from all reputable book shops.

I am so excited to see my favourite person open the first copy of his book and fulfil his own dream.

Hello! After a flurry of new followers I thought I would reintroduce myself.

I’m Amy, founder of CAHM, and quite literally the ‘AH’ in the middle of the calm ☺️

I started this business in lockdown during an intense period of mental stress, as a distraction, something to focus on and keep me busy.

Today, we stock over 150 shops across the UK, Europe, Canada and even Africa! We ship parcels every day from our little slice of heaven in Farsley, where we also have our own bricks and mortar

My partner Phil is my rock and works alongside me. It is my vision to share a positive mental health message through beautiful design-led gift.

I love what I do, love where we are, and most of all love the people we work with and our customers whom continue to support my little dream.

If you are new here or have been here since day one, thank you for giving me the courage to continue!
