Due to a big increase in demand, we’re urgently looking for Cleaners and Clearance Operatives to join our growing team. If you want steady work, a supportive crew, and a job where you genuinely help people, this could be for you.

This is not zero-hours — these are contract employed roles with regular hours and immediate starts.

💪 What you’ll be doing:
No two days are the same, but you could be:
• Deep cleaning homes and communal areas
• Supporting vulnerable customers in difficult situations
• Clearing cluttered or hoarded properties
• Removing fly-tipped waste
• Clearing gardens, sheds and garages
• Helping people get their homes back to a safe, liveable standard

It’s hands-on, physical work — but it’s also really rewarding, and you’ll finish most days knowing you’ve made a real difference.

🚐 Travel & work area:
• Work across Kent and surrounding areas
• Company van provided for work
• You’ll either meet at jobs or travel with your team — no need to use your own vehicle for jobs ( Manual driving licence required )

• Reliable, hardworking people who aren’t afraid to graft
• Good team players with a positive attitude
• Cleaning or clearance experience is helpful, but not essential — full training provided

We recently supported an elderly gentleman to declutter his home, creating safe walkways and reducing the risk of slips or trips — helping him feel more comfortable and confident in his space.

He had many items he wanted to part with, but one thing was clear — he didn’t want them to end up in landfill and he wanted them donated to charities. That’s something we feel strongly about too at Wynsdale Group, so we set out to make sure his belongings could make a difference elsewhere.

Through our not-for-profit arm, Wynsdale Community Connect CIC we work with a number of voluntary organisations across Kent and Medway. Some lovely arts and crafts materials found their way to Intra Arts, who run a fantastic Creative Scrapstore Zigzag Scrapstore CIC – offering low-cost art and craft supplies while saving reusable items from landfill.

It’s great to know that we were able to support someone to live safely at home, while also helping the environment and the creative community. A real win–win! 💚

A real highlight from Folkstone Festival!

Lee Harris — guest guitarist with On The Run and touring partner of Pink Floyd’s legendary drummer Nick Mason and his Saucerful of Secrets band — took to the stage on the bandstand, in front of the Wynsdale logo!

As lifelong Pink Floyd fans ourselves, it was a proud moment to see our sponsorship alongside such a great tribute band and such incredible talent. Supporting events like this is what makes it all worthwhile.

Every dog we take in begins a journey—from uncertainty to safety, from a temporary stop to a forever home.

Our little explorer Jack is well on his way. With each step (and a few muddy paw prints left behind at Wynsdale!), he’s growing more confident, curious, and connected. From cautious beginnings to bounding through fields, Jack is discovering what it means to feel safe, seen, and loved.

Through the care of fosters, the support of our community, and the space to simply be a dog, he’s been given a real chance—and he’s making the most of it.

Being part of Jack’s journey—and the journeys of so many other dogs we’ve rescued while out on jobs—has been one of the most meaningful parts of what we do. It reminds us that every life matters, and every bit of kindness adds up to real change.

To everyone who’s adopted, fostered, donated, or simply helped share their stories: thank you. You’re part of these transformations too.

After a demanding journey across Europe and into Ukraine, the convoy successfully dropped off vital supplies — including medical aid, food, protective equipment, and essentials — exactly where they were needed most.
