Another cupping session this afternoon for an extremely tight shoulder area which was causing a lot of neck pain & headaches😖

Client had much more shoulder, neck and arm movement from todays session 🙌🏼

My client came to me with tight neck and shoulder area, I stripped back this area and can be seen the tightness was released ❗️

Signs of redness and heat are common after a sports massage due to increased blood flow to the area being massaged 🩸
