Have a keek below at the Nourishing November programme of yoga classes and see if there is something that might work for you. This month we are focussing on lots of breath work to support solid respiratory practice and keep those bugs at bay! Also working to promote good digestion and organ health, as well as strengthening, lengthening and flexibility in musculature. As always practice is inclusive promoting positive mental health and physical wellbeing and seasoned to suit

Themes include endings and beginnings around wintering; heart warmers and seasonal change. Come along and try something out. You might want to check out the The Wee Yin Mind & Body Studio (see video)

Classes in Hatha Flow Mind & Body Studio on Mondays 11am and 8.-05-9.05pm need to be booked direct through the studio.

Happy Diwali!

This week we celebrate Diwali - the five day festival rooted in Hinduism but celebrated by Jains, Sikhs and Buddhists all over the world. It symbolises victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance and I will be celebrating this in classes this week with special mantras , chanting and of course lots of lovely yoga - come along if you can :

I'm really exited to be collaborating with Ceangal again on this up and coming Celtic wellness retreat in Sept. This one feels really special not least of all because of the extraordinary neolithic cairns on the luxurious Loughcrewe estate

Well it's been a busy Summer what with Skiffie World Rowing Competitions, Garden Weddings and Festivals but things are calming down slightly and my yoga classes in Kinghorn are back up and running from next week.

I also publish a wee wellness blog for my yogis each month which incorporates ideas around Ayurvedic practice in my classes as well as creative activity - if you're interested in any of this please in touch!
