Happy 2 Help Community Care Ltd offer’s personal care, socialising, companionship, light cleaning duties to enable our individuals to achieve and maintain their independence. We support individuals to live independently and support them with everyday living tasks within their own home. Our creative, energetic, and experienced staff are enthusiastic about working with each individual and are inspired to offer them personalised support to meet their individual needs. Happy 2 Help Community Care Ltd aims to : offer skilled care to enable those supported by us to achieve their optimum state of health and wellbeing *Treat all those supported by us and all those who work in the company with respect * Uphold the human and citizenship rights of all who use the service *Support individual choice and personal decision making as the right of the service user * Respect and encourage the right of independence for all service users * Recognise the individual uniqueness of the service users, staff and visitors, and always treat them with dignity and respect * Respect individual requirements for privacy at all times and treat information relating to individuals in a confidential manner * Recognise the obligation to satisfy both needs of service users and staff.
