Some people say yuck how do you touch feet.
It's more than that to me
Its helping people become pain-free putting a smile back on ther face, also building new friendships, sometimes also being that listening ear they made of needed also a listening ear i made need too.

My lovely client let me pick the most delicious looking blackberries and apples from her gorgeous English garden 😍
When im not working I love getting in the kitchen.
I have now Stewed them ready to make a apple and blackberry crumble.
Can't get fresher than that
Mother nature always has something to offer.
Feeling grateful 🙏
