That's a wrap on a very autumnal term! A huge thank you to all my wonderful students, I can't say enough how much I appreciate you all 💚

No classes next week as we break for half term (Verwood/Downton/Village classes are covered by my lovely colleagues!)

3 weeks left of term, I would love for you to join me on the mat! This week we have a lovely shoulder mobility focused flow with a strap 🧘🏽‍♀️ come and ease that shoulder tension while we gently strengthen and mobilise the joint 💪🏽
