💫 7 ways to lose belly fat 💫

Unfortunately we can’t target the area we want to lose weight/fat.

The same happens when we want to add weight we don’t get to choose where we store it.

Some people lose it from there face, there glutes or there legs first.

It’s not rocket science we should all be boosting our immune system, especially at the moment so it’s pretty essential to get your veggies and fruits in with your diet.

Calories do matter and a calorie isn’t just a calorie, the type of calories you eat is going to determine your mood and energy for the day or your workout.

If you’re sick of feeling like s**t and always tired and lethargic, then change your diet stop eating a McDonald’s breakfast and Greggs for lunch. Track your diet and stay within your calories whilst tracking your macros.

Don’t over complicate things with cider vinager and green tea etc. I don’t no many people craving this kind of sh*t 🤦‍♂️

Ya’ll need to stop stressing about weight ⚖️ 🤯

⚠️ Here are my 5 main reasons why I rarely weigh myself and what the scales aren’t telling you.

1. How much body fat you’re losing.
2. How much muscle you’re gaining.
3. Weighing less doesn’t mean you’re healthier.
4. Muscle is more dense than fat
5. Weight fluctuates.

🥊 🏋️‍♂️ Unless you’re a boxer or competing at a certain weight then why do you want to lose weight? Many people get confused with body fat and weight. Weighing less and always putting yourself in a deficit will only result in a lack of energy.

⛽️ I see a lot of people struggling to get stronger or lose fat because their calories are far too low. You’re body needs fuel, without the right nutrition your body won’t respond the way you want it too 🤦‍♂️ your calories being to low and starving yourself is so much worse for losing fat and it’s definitely something you cannot sustain there’s no wonder you aren’t seeing much of a change and always grumpy/tired your lacking so much energy that you need towards your training. 🥩 🍚

I am constantly upping my clients calories never reducing them but keeping there macros in check!!!

It’s all about the macronutrients vs calorie expenditure. A lot of people tracking what’s going into their diets but not what’s going out…. 😕

Ditch the scales, go off how you feel in clothing and how you look in the mirror along with taking measurements and you will be a lot happier and see a lot more progress & most of all be f*ckin patient!!!!📊📐📏

10kg increase 🆙
43kg > 53kg 🍑

10kg up since last November, 8 months solid work. 📆

43kg was her starting weight when we had our first session, now she’s 1 and a half stone heavier > 53kg but in all the right places. 👏

So proud of this lass she doesn’t train with me 5 days a week but every other week she comes in for a kick up the arse and a catch up about her training and dieting.

She’s so consistent with her diet and that’s what we’ve both realised has helped her the most. Ellie trains herself 5 days a week and still follows the same plan we set back in November but now lifting bigger weights and growing a lot more muscle due to smashing her diet.

A lot of credit goes to Ellie for being so consistent on her own, so glad I can help with your journey and we are still improving week by week.

Keep doing what you’re doing, stay focused and on track whilst enjoying your life. 🏋️‍♀️

A 130kg Deadlift from client

Robbie has trained for years in the military, he joined straight from school at the age of 16.. but never has he been taught or performed a deadlift 10 years later he’s set the mark for a big 160kg during the end of our 10 session program.

Let’s see if we can add another 30kg to this lift in the next 7 sessions roughy 3 weeks time ⏰

Tip* You should never feel pain in your back during or after your squats if you do then stop immediately as you are performing them wrong unfortunately.

Please read before enquiring as it could save YOU and Me alot of time.

* Here are some things to consider before you enquire at The House of Gains.

- I understand that some people do it differently but in the past I’ve had a lot of time wasters.

- Results take alot of patience and commitment. You don’t have to be motivated but you do have to be disciplined.

- So this is why I strongly suggest clients have a consultation first.

- I need to find out a little about my clients before I base a program around them.

- So what I’m suggesting is, I will trial you for 1-2 weeks to see how serious you take your sessions and your diet whether you’re on a weight loss program or a weight gain program.

- This will give me a better understanding and saves clients from paying for 10 sessions upfront and giving up after a session or two, it also allows you to try before you buy. So there is no upfront costs.

- I’m offering a free 30-60 minute consultation to everyone that’s interested.

- So if you want to book in for your consultation and go through everything about YOU, including injuries you may have had in the past which are still affecting you now, I want to speak about to YOU about YOUR diet and most importantly the results YOU want to achieve.

- I will give you short, medium and long term goals (realistic goals) take YOUR age, weight and height so I can determine YOUR calories which I will track with YOU every single day. Not one person will be on the same diet, all diets are to suit each individual client that’s why YOU must have a consultation first.
