* Here are some things to consider before you enquire at The House of Gains.
- I understand that some people do it differently but in the past I’ve had a lot of time wasters.
- Results take alot of patience and commitment. You don’t have to be motivated but you do have to be disciplined.
- So this is why I strongly suggest clients have a consultation first.
- I need to find out a little about my clients before I base a program around them.
- So what I’m suggesting is, I will trial you for 1-2 weeks to see how serious you take your sessions and your diet whether you’re on a weight loss program or a weight gain program.
- This will give me a better understanding and saves clients from paying for 10 sessions upfront and giving up after a session or two, it also allows you to try before you buy. So there is no upfront costs.
- I’m offering a free 30-60 minute consultation to everyone that’s interested.
- So if you want to book in for your consultation and go through everything about YOU, including injuries you may have had in the past which are still affecting you now, I want to speak about to YOU about YOUR diet and most importantly the results YOU want to achieve.
- I will give you short, medium and long term goals (realistic goals) take YOUR age, weight and height so I can determine YOUR calories which I will track with YOU every single day. Not one person will be on the same diet, all diets are to suit each individual client that’s why YOU must have a consultation first.
