On behalf of all of us at the clinic to all of you, it’s been another busy year for us and has just flown by. We genuinely are grateful to the support everyone shows us and it really is a privilege to be able to do the work we do. Having a great team is also no small part of that and once again I’m a very lucky to have them!

Beautiful if chilly morning to mark the end of the year. We have now officially finished our Forfar clinic for this year!
Don’t worry we’ll be back to it with our podiatrist on Saturday and our normal hours from Monday 5th

We have sad news to share with you all, after a short illness our lovely colleague Debs/Debra passed away last week.

Debs has been a constant in the clinics, being close friends with Mark and Marie and working with us previously in Dundee and Newport, before most recently in our Forfar practice.

She had been exceptionally welcoming when I joined the clinics, became childcare for me when my kids were small and providing us with another fab chiropractor in her daughter Kristina, it’s safe to say the whole family have been integral to both clinics over the years.

Debs was definitely one of our biggest personalities and is a big loss to us at the clinic and to all who knew her.

We’ve been seeing some great results using shockwave for some of the conditions that can be quite stubborn to treat using manual techniques and exercise alone. Combing shockwave treatment with a rehab plan not only targets the source of the problem but helps to prevent it from returning.
