I’ve been connecting with the energies of Imbolc and of the Full Moon 🌕 in Leo, and this drawing started to form out of this connection.

It’s not yet finished, but it already feels very comforting and alive, so I wanted to share it with you.

MANDALA OF NEW BEGINNINGS

Dear all,

The mandala frame is now ready and I've created a crystal grid to energise it and open the space for our intentions, in preparation for the coming workshop in Forfar on Sunday, 01.02.2026.

The crystals used are:
- Black Obsidian
- Citrine
- Labradorite
- Blue Tiger's Eye
- Green Fluorite
- Blue Smoke Lemurian Seed Quartz

Crystal hearts holding the directions:
- Blue Aventurine (North)
- Rose Quartz (East)
- Yellow Jade (South)
- Unikite (West)

There are also seashells, pebbles from the sea shore and swan feathers for further connecting with the animals, nature, the elements and the Earth.

Everyone is welcome to connect to the mandala crystal grid as they feel called to do.

This will be held in Forfar at Wendy’s Yoga & Pilates and I really hope that you can join me.

❤ RETRIEVAL OF THE SELF 💛

Dear all,

In my latest video, I was guided to talk about working towards retrieving our self worth and value and this theme is still very much unfolding in the collective at this time.
I was shown how many of us have assumed programs and projections that don’t belong to us and aren’t true to us, and how these have become so ingrained in our perception that we can’t see beyond them anymore.

These programs are running at the back of our mind, telling us that we aren’t good enough, worthy enough, valuable enough, and they end up permanently distorting our image of ourselves.

However, having had done all the work that we have done, we are finally coming to the point where we can sense that there’s something else behind all this, something true and genuine about who we are and what we are capable of that is ready to surface along with the parts of ourselves who had to hide behind of and because of these false projections.

Spirit says that the main cause of this distorted view is the sense of separation and alienation that our current society promotes. The only way in which our true self can flourish and thrive is in the context of a supportive community, where it can feel like it belongs, as part of a larger organism in which every part plays an indispensable role to the healthy and harmonic functioning of the whole.

In this context, the matter of self worth becomes irrelevant, because everyone has the deep knowing that they are naturally and organically contributing to the greater good. There’s no need to prove or question one’s worth and there’s no need to strive for acknowledgement and appreciation.

So Spirit is guiding us to return to the basics of who we are, to start acknowledging our belonging to the Earth, our primordial roots and the presence of the elements within our physical, mental, emotional and energetic body.

We can choose to set a clear intention towards diving deep within ourselves, beyond our fear-based programming.
It seems that the deeper we dive, the more we’ll find: more of ourselves, more of our worth, more of our skills, more of our power. We might be surprised about how much joy, power and passion can become available to us once we retrieve and reintegrate these lost parts.

We’ll also be working with this themes during the first session of our new Healing Circle next Sunday.
This is not necessarily an easy work to attempt, but it certainly helps to have the support of a loving group, which is why I warmly invite you to join us.

Dear all,

Stepping into 2026, I wish to continue offering my services to the best of my abilities.

As some of you will know, I still have restrictions in the amount of time and energy that I am able to allocate to this work, however it brings me a lot of joy and I have an inner knowing that it is helpul, which keeps me going on with it.

I'll be follwing up with details on tehe workshops, however please do let me know if you any of these are of interest to you, as this really helps me organise.

I've been guided to open my space a bit more for private sessions and please message me privately to establish a time and date, as there are limited spaces. Dear all,

I've just published my 2026 Energy Forecast, which I invite you to watch on YouTube.

2026 appears to be a year of significant shifts, where we finally come to see the light at the end of the tunnel, heralding a refresh in energy and a much lighter frame for us to work with.

More than this, it feels like 2026 is just the beginning of a new stage in our lives, teaching us how to navigate our newly gained awareness, power and manifestation skills in preparation for what's to come in 2027 and the following years.

The video starts with a general view of the year and it then goes into more detail, by addressing the energy of each month.

Here are some of the highlights of the general 2026 energy forcast:

🤍Retrieving more of our Power, our Truth and our Selves.

THE LIGHT OF YULE ❄️☀️

So much has been created in silence, in darkness, in the unknown.
A lot of love, a lot of beauty, a lot of LIFE.

As the days grow longer, their gentle light is shining upon our creation so that it can come out to be seen… Not as a blinding explosion, but as a natural state of being that gets formulated before our eyes, a bit more with each day, subtly shaping our surroundings until it becomes the pulse that moves us and our reality.

It’s all beautiful because it’s all true, and it’s all coming from within.
