So slowly back cooking
Today fish pie
Any type of chunky smoked fish
Can of veg stock
K**b of garlic butter
Any left over carrots or veg
3 thinly sliced potato
Little cream
Half teaspoon chilli powder
Half teaspoon black pepper
One squeezed lemon
One tablespoon corn flower
Simmer 30 mins then add to pastry

Please add salt to taste

I bought a shoulder strap what a difference.I csn npw lift my arm with little pain
And had first proper sleep in a week .Thank god for the internet a great source of info

Oh and i back cooking but never really stopped.
Tomorrow will be making goulash and cheese straws the later was great when i had no appetite.will post recipe

Well i spoke to shoulder consultant yesterday and he confirmed i have soft tissue damage after a dislocation.
Its due to my years of gym and heavy use and now as i have eased off calcium has built up on my socket.So conclusion month recovery and back in the gym and slowly work my body
