It’s RUN TALK RUN Tuesday! 🏃‍♀️💬

📍 Frome Cricket Ground (Car Park)

⏰ Meet 6:45 pm | Start 6:50 pm

A gentle, all-ability 5 km run where we move, chat, and check in with each other. It’s a safe, supportive space to talk about mental health (or anything else!) with kind people who just get it. 💚

No pressure, no pace — we run as slow as our slowest runner, and no one gets left behind.
