👾We have had a few customers experience issues when booking online over the weekend - specifically at the payment authorisation stage in their bank app.

🔁If your booking isn’t going through, this is often due to an outdated bank app or phone software. A quick update usually fixes the issue ✨

Our doors are closed for the holidays now. We’ll be bringing the Twixtmas warmth to Frome at the weekend:

Sat 27th 🔥 9am to 8pm
Sunday 28th 🔥 9am to 5pm

Then we slide back into hibernation til 2nd Jan. Join us for a sauna at the weekend to take a moment to reset yourself and recover from Xmas 🎄

We’re open today 9am to 8pm and tomorrow 9am to 5pm - then we’ll be taking a pause until after Xmas.
