Feeling really proud of how far my little business has come 🤍

Over time, I’ve been able to invest in new tools to better support my clients, including the addition of a Hofmag PEMF machine. It’s been amazing to expand what I can do and continue learning, growing, and bringing more to each session.

Everything here is independently run, built with care, and constantly evolving to give you the best experience possible.

Due to growing demand, we’re so happy to announce that we’ll be opening up 3 extra days for client bookings, and from mid May, we’ll officially be going full time! 🙌

We’re incredibly grateful for all your continued support. It really means everything to us and allows us to help even more of you (and your animals!) feel your best 💛

📖 Our diary is now OPEN, so make sure to get your appointments booked in, spaces will fill quickly!

🚨 Payment Police on patrol… and honestly, it’s not a job I enjoy 🚨

Just a little reminder (with my least favourite hat on 😅):

I’ve had quite a few invoices drifting well past their due date lately, and I’m spending far too much time chasing payments.

Going forward, all invoices need to be paid within 7 days of being issued please. It keeps everything running smoothly and means I can focus on treatments, and the new exciting additions coming to the business. 👀

As much as I’d love to retire from my role as the “payment police” 👮‍♀️, I do need everyone to stay on top of this.

After all… you wouldn’t walk out of Tesco and not pay 🛒

📣Happy new week everyone. 📣

Firstly a huge thank you to all our amazing clients, for your continued support through the coldest, dampest, muddiest months. Those of you that kept consistent during the winter and those of you coming back now it’s warmer. We appreciate every one of you, for your bookings and recommendations.

Secondly, I am now ‘out of office’ until the 7th April. I do have some days of clients booked in over this period, the 26th, 27th, 30th, 31st & 6th. I will do my best to reply to enquiries then.

Muscle Irradiation - what is it and why it’s so important in Kinesiology taping.

I’m not talking about nuclear fallout here, this is Sherrington’s Law of Irradiation, when activation in one muscle can increase neural drive to others - including deeper stabilisers.

This differs from a simple muscle chain. It’s a neurological response, where increased input can enhance overall recruitment and strength of contraction.

With Kinesiology Taping, the added sensory input helps facilitate this process, helping support improved activation, coordination, and efficiency.

For example, when we tape the longissimus dorsi, we’re not just affecting that superficial back muscle.
