🩸DYING INSIDE🩸
Yesterday I had the great honour of being invited to Glastonbury to speak at a writers retreat to share my ‘Rupture to Rapture’ story.
I spoke about how when we live in performance over PRESENCE we start dying inside - this was me 20 years ago when I was seriously depressed for 5 years and felt numb, disconnected and my life force was seeping away…some days I wanted to just hide under the duvet and did not felt like being here any more.😞
Years of pushing through in my big girl pants was slayed as the rug was pulled from under me and I sank into the abyss of depression….it was a dark night of the soul indeed.
AND it was one of the biggest gifts and initiations of my life as that’s where Ta**ra found me!
I was in a restaurant one evening and this radiant woman walked in and I was like ‘Who the f**k is that - I need to know her and I want what she has!!’
Happy days it was my first Ta**ra teacher beloved Shakti Malan - I signed up on the spot and worked with her for 10 years - it transformed my life and supported me out of depression into vibrant life! So grateful!🔥🐆🔥

I now get women saying to me that they feel the same about me which lights me up - that’s why I’m dedicating the rest of this life to supporting and guiding women back into their bodies, erotic aliveness & radiance!!

No mud no lotus.
This body and heart have plummeted to the depths of despair and grief over and over again and now embody it all – the good the bad the mad the sad the ugly - full spectrum living!

I’ve been broken face down in the dirt covered in snot and tears more times than I can remember.
I have learnt how to welcome ALL my feelings from my lived experience of going to the depths.
By feeling it all and working with my dark feminine shadows and embracing and transmuting them I now have the capacity to hold and guide other women through this right of passage.🔥🐆🔥

I’ve created a unique methodology and map to support women through a portal from losing themselves and their vitality in life to reclaiming full aliveness for desire lead living. 🔥🐆🔥
