Hello, I’m Sarah 👋
While it looks like I’m new here, I first came to massage about 20 years ago, and after a little break and relocation in the middle, set up Knead + Ground in Frome about 2 years ago. Knead + Ground was born out of my love for Bodywork (Knead) and Aromatherapy 🌿 (Ground). It has taken some time but my online presence is slowly catching up!
I work with clients to support everything from physical discomfort in the body to stress relief and emotional wellbeing. I’m particularly interested in working with clients to get out of their heads and into their bodies.
I tailor every session around what you need and blend intuitive bodywork with aromatherapy, breathwork, and grounding energy-based practices like Reflexology and Acupressure. What I aim to keep consistent is my approach which is rooted in presence and working ‘with’ your nervous system.
Outside of the therapy space, you’ll find me attempting to cultivate a herb garden, in the pursuit of a great roast, or more likely running around one of the local cafes after my ‘highly spirited’ 3 year old.
