Proper hydration, rest, and avoiding stimulants like caffeine and alcohol for 24 hours helps manage these short-lived effects, which signal the body's detoxification and return to balance.

I always recommend after a treatment to keep your fluid intake up for a definite 24 hours, to avoid ill effects.
