When you're suffering with chronic pain on a daily basis, it's the most natural thing in the world to want to find the cause behind the symptoms.
Because we think that if we find the reason or the cause, then we can find a solution.
The answer that will take the pain away for good.
The medication, surgery, or treatment that can fix it.
Except that's not how it works with chronic pain.
It's important to remember that our bodies are designed to heal.
Whether it's scrapes, sprains, burns, cuts, torn ligaments, broken bones, or even nerves — all types of tissue damage can heal.
And in most cases, you're looking at days, weeks, or up to three months depending on the type of injury.
But after that, if your pain is still there, there could be something else going on...
Because sometimes, even when there is no physical cause, *even when tissues have healed*, the pain persists.
The brain has *learned* to become an expert in sending that type of pain... and it's still sounding the alarm — even though there is no longer a reason to. 🚨🧠
Your brain is making a mistake.
This is neuroplastic pain. ⚡
But the great news is that this type of pain is *reversible*.
It takes a bit of training, but with some effort, you can teach your brain to build a new neural pathway — one without pain.
And the recovery you've been looking for all along is finally within reach.
If you need company on the journey, I'd love to support you.
