• Medication Use Reviews to ensure the medication you are taking is providing you with optimum results, and offers an opportunity for you to ask questions you may have about your medicine (by appointment)
• Private Consultation Room, for complete confidentiality when discussing medicines and/or any health or other concerns
• Unwanted Medicines can be safely disposed of by our team
• Patient Medication Records providing us with a record of all medicines dispensed to you by us. This allows us to check for any interactions between drugs and also allows us to quickly and efficiently deal with any queries you may have regarding your medicines
• All bottled medication is provided in childproof containers, unless otherwise instructed
• Recommendation to other sources of information and health care departments if we are not directly able to help you
We also provide other services, such as:
• Repeat Prescription Collection Service. For collection of ongoing medication which can be ready 5 working days after ordering. Your repeat items can be ordered by phone, internet or directly at the surgery
• Monitored Dosage Systems, to aid patients struggling to keep track of taking their medication
• Free Delivery Service to housebound patients
• Large Free Car Park located next to the pharmacy provides designated disabled, motorcycle parking as well as secure bike stands
• Mobility Aid, Ostomy, Incontinence and Woundcare Products can be order from our suppliers
• Over the Counter Medication available for a wide range of ailments
• Emergency Supplies may be given if you run out of a repeat medication and are unable to contact your doctor. Note - This will only be supplied on the terms that we have held your pharmacy records for at least 3 months and if this is a genuine emergency
