The Foot Scanner is a state-of-the-art device that uses advanced imaging technology to deliver a 3D analysis of the structure and pressure points of your feet.

Using pressure sensors, the Foot Scanner captures a detailed map of your foot, highlighting issues such as:

– Flat feet
– Pronation (inward rolling of the foot)
– Supination (outward rolling of the foot)
– High arches
– Uneven weight distribution

The digital scan reports your foot risk assessment, and its impact on the rest of the body in terms of potential injury, or the cause of current injury and pain.

From the scan, we develop tailor made orthotics for you to use in whatever shoe you'd like. From golf, to skiing, to running, to casual everyday use. We cover them all.

This past weekend was a busy one for the TPC team.

Our senior Physiotherapist, Carol Moretti hosted an in house CPD talk on idiopathic scoliosis. Her wealth of knowledge will certainly filter through the rest of the clinic 🧠

The following day, the team used their physio eyes and hands to try and get their way out of an escape room, for a much a needed team event 🔒

Needless to say, we are out from the jail cells, back at work and ready to end what has been a good January!

The orthotics analysis is done with our new footscanner which analyses and then helps us prescribe a custom made orthotic for you!

The data from the footscanner is then sent our supplier who create and distribute the orthotic within 2 weeks.

We have heard it all before, and it seems cliche, but movement really is medicine.

We were born to move.

Especially during this Winter period, as physios we encourage the community to get active and be intentional with your health.

New Year’s resolutions are great for this, until 4 weeks in, the motivation to keep going is lost.

But do not give up, understand the benefits of exercise and incrementally improve your activity.

It does not have to be a lot or extreme, 10 to 30 mins of activity is enough to improve a whole host of body functions.

- boosting immune function
- improving sleep
- increase life expectancy by reducing risk of heart and lung diseases
- reduces weight
- improves mood and mental health

Walking the dog, playing with your child, joining a gym class, doing your physio rehab, gardening, walking to work instead driving are all examples of activities.

Start good habits now and reap the rewards later

It is 2026 and our doors are open in all three locations!

The year has started off with a bang with some excellent feedback from Jack:

What a busy, but fruitful year it has been!

On behalf of the The Performance Clinic Team, I would like to thank each client that has walked through our doors.

We are passionate about our work as Physiotherapists, but much like anything in in life, it requires team work to make the dream work.

In reflection of the year, we celebrate all your small wins, the gold medals, podium finishes, goals achieved, to being able to walk down the aisle.
