Yesterday I had a massive energy clearing and a lot of my old programmes were rewired.😎

Notice I said rewired, not disabled.

Why?🤔

Because our programmes are actually designed to support our growth and expansion. Some are based in scarcity and lack, while others are influenced by autonomy and freedom. I’ve realised that many of my own programmes revolve around freedom.

Whenever we have a big energetic release it’s often accompanied by that incredible feeling of inner vibrational flow — where life suddenly feels perfect. But then something happens out of the blue and we think:

“Why has this happened when things were going so well?
Am I being punished for wanting more?” 😵‍💫

The short answer is no.

You’re actually being rewarded for your integration and connection to the Divine Matrix.💫

We tend to associate synchronicity only with the things we want, and assume anything uncomfortable must be outside of it. But those challenging or unexpected moments are often synchronised events that mirror our current point of attraction.🔆

✨ We can’t dismantle our programmes because they are designed to help us, not hinder us. ✨

The programme may still run, but with awareness we now have the ability to disconnect the power from the thought.

And when we do that, life begins to flow with far fewer blocks.

More awareness.
More freedom.
More flow.😎

Ever feel stuck in a loop of negative thoughts?🤔

I used to constantly worry that these thoughts would somehow manifest — and it left my body tense, frozen, and blocked.😬

Then I realised something game-changing: these stories were being created by me. If I could create them, I could also clear them. 😏

By recognising each thought as just a thought, not a prophecy, I felt a huge energetic shift. My body came alive, my energy flowed again, and my nervous system relaxed.🔆

This is exactly what Body-Tation is about: using your body to release the tension that old thought loops create. When your mind clears, your body opens — and movement amplifies that energetic release.💫

This morning in Body-Tation, I felt a block of tension in my upper body — hard, raised, and stubborn. I focused on it, encouraging it to release… but nothing happened.

Then I shifted my awareness away. Just like that, my body began to soften. Space opened in the areas that had been braced, warmth spread, and relief followed.

Healing often isn’t about pushing or forcing change. Sometimes, it’s about giving your body permission to do its own work.

Recently I've been sitting with my body for up to 40 minutes and asking - what do you need to feel safe ? 🤔 And then something shifted.

Not because I forced anything
but because something finally landed.

Yesterday my body released deep sighs all afternoon. 🗣

Not dramatic. Not performative.
Just the nervous system saying, “Okay, we’re safe now.”

When we name truths about control, boundaries, and freedom,
the body updates.

Sometimes that looks like tears. 😭

Sometimes exhaustion. 😴

Yesterday it looked like long sighs, resulting in a light buoyant feeling 😏
and a gentle soreness in my chest as old tension softened.

This work doesn’t end after one session.

Your body keeps integrating as safety grows.
You don’t force release
your system lets go when it’s ready.🙂

That’s regulation.

That’s embodiment.

An over-braced body is like a a metal spoon—rigid, cold, stuck. Most people call it ‘bad circulation,’ but really, it’s just over-bracing. ❄️

The first step to unlocking your body?🤔
Allow the collapse. Softening may feel uncomfortable at first, especially if your body is chronically braced, but this isn’t failure—it’s your body resetting.

As the old, hard armor melts, you’ll start to feel heat rising naturally. Blood flows. Energy pulses. Life-force moves freely. 🔥

I see a lot of language about “clearing fields,” “detoxing energies,” and removing external causes for why we feel off. ✨🌀
My lived experience has been the opposite.

Nothing shifts for me unless I actually come back into my body. 🧍‍♀️💫
When I soften my body, regulate my breath, and let the nervous system settle:

• tension releases 😮‍💨
• emotions move 💧
• clarity returns 🔍✨
• my voice opens 🎤🌬️
• my energy changes ⚡
• my results in life change 🚀

No extraction. ❌
No fighting the body. 🛑
No outsourcing my power. 🔌🚫

The body isn’t the problem to fix. 🧠❤️
It’s the place where things resolve. 🫶

Grounding first 🌍
Breath first 🌬️

Ever notice that dull, heavy feeling in your body… even when nothing’s “wrong”?🤔

Sometimes it’s not your mood.
It’s not your life.
It’s not that you’re broken.
It’s just that your body hasn’t finished exhaling.

Most of us walk around holding stale air
half-breaths, braced bellies, lifted chests, busy nervous systems.
The body never gets the signal that it’s safe to
soften.

Try this ✅
Gently compress your lower belly and exhale with a soft “shhhhhh.”

Let your ribs melt down.

Let your shoulders drop.

Don’t rush the inhale — let it come by itself.

Notice what shifts:

More space.

Clearer head.

Softer chest.

Grounded body.

Sometimes the medicine isn’t “think differently.”

We’re often told the “optimal” upper body posture is shoulders down 👇, chest up 👆.

Sounds great in theory—but in practice, this well-intentioned advice can create more bracing than ease.

When we try to push the shoulders down and hold the chest up, we usually end up gripping.
Micro-tensions sneak in. The body looks aligned,
but it doesn’t feel free.

With Body-Tation, we do it differently:

✨ We allow the shoulders to release first.
When they soften, they naturally melt downward—no forcing required.

✨ As the shoulders release, the thorax begins to suspend upward rather than being hiked up.
This reconnects the upper body with the lower body instead of creating that “disconnected” feeling.

✨ From this soft alignment, the body starts to open on its own.
The breath naturally drops and deepens.
The nervous system senses safety.
And from here, there’s a beautiful chain reaction—
other pockets of tension begin to release too.
The result isn’t rigid “perfect posture.”
It’s a body that feels loose but alert.
Open, supported, connected… and ready to move
with ease.

Less forcing.

More allowing.

That’s where the real alignment lives. 💫
