For our HIIT sessions you need:
👉🏽Yoga mat, or towel for floor work
👉🏽Water bottle
👉🏽2 meter space around you
For our Power HIIT sessions you need:
👉🏽Yoga mat, or towel for floor work
👉🏽Water bottle
👉🏽2 meter space around you
👉🏽Pair of dumbbells (around 8kg for boys and 3kg for girls)

If you have a @myzone belt please wear it. We do workout intensity check ins during the workout.
