2 years ago and now.

This room has been the most magical place to offer Reiki, shamanic healing and meditation.
Not to mention my own therapy and yoga time.

Exciting times coming up as i finish my level 2 British sign language, and move into preparing for a full yoga training of 18 months.

Each and every therapy i develop is so i can offer more and more to the wonderful people asking me to hold space for their healing and growth.

Blue full moon on Samhain 31st October

This is a big energy.

So this is really what the energy healings I'm Offering right now are working on.
This week I have worked with two of the most powerful witches and healers I've ever met to help us all move forward feeling grounded and heart centred.
*in order to spread our wings we have to be heart centred and in order be heart centred, we have to spread our wings so our heart can operate at full potential. In order to do that, we have to be rooted beyond measure. *

I'm going to do an intuitive distant shamanic energy healing to send out to anyone who wants on the list. Tomorrow evening involving crystals, singing bowls and drumming.
Nothing you need to do except let it come.

All good vibes and grounding for you, for the world and for anyone that needs it. Especially key workers and you who have been thrown into home educating at the deepend (I mean I got to Choose and prepare!)

We have to have this conversation. We need to talk about how we can help this planet right now. We all live here. We are all matter and spirit. There is not one without the other. We all are made up of energy and without the trees and plants and insects we cannot survive. But they can survive without them. We have to make CONSCIOUS decision about how we live our life, enter community and work together. Or we will go the way of the dinosaurs.
If we all make one small change it has potential to make a big difference.

We cannot change our neighbour, but we can change ourselves. We do not have to repeat the mistakes of the older generations in behaviour, thought or word. We can change ourselves and we do not need to give up in the face of resistance. This goes for planet and for personal change. All needs healing. Work on yourself and see where it Leads
