December has been such a busy month! I’ve been lucky enough to welcome a few new clients at the salon, and on top of that, I’ve been enjoying practicing massage techniques with the boys' football team—there’s so much happening right now! I truly wouldn’t change a thing; I just need to keep moving forward with a positive spirit. 🥰

Weekend 2 R&S course completed with the wonderful Western School of Massage. We learned so many techniques and had plenty of practice. I'm so excited to continue practicing, and I can help my clients feel better, improve their range of motion, and making a positive difference in their lives. ❤️

What a wonderful day it has been attending the Hot & Cold Stone Massage course with Gateway Workshops, with couple of my Westerns school classmates too!
It’s such a soothing experience, and I'm truly amazed by the numerous benefits it offers. Not only does it promote relaxation, but it can also boost metabolism, enhance respiratory rates, and increase the number of red and white blood cells, which can strengthen our immune system. Additionally, it helps reduce blood pressure, stress, fatigue, and tension—something we all could use in our lives!

I'm thinking about obtaining my own set of stones and incorporating this service into my practice. Who else is feeling tempted to indulge in a hot and cold stone massage? 🤩
