I have been working as a Live-in Care Professional with Home Instead since November 2023, and my experience has been very positive and professionally rewarding. The office provides excellent support, with strong teamwork, proper training, and a friendly, positive working atmosphere.

Communication with clients and colleagues is always respectful and approachable. The team leader regularly calls Live-in Care Professionals to check on our wellbeing, which genuinely helps to relieve stress and creates a caring, supportive environment. The 24-hour on-call support is especially reassuring.
